Wonder Fellowship.

In conjunction with the Havana Jewish community, we have created the Wonder Cuba Fellowship to elevate Jewish Cuba's profile and empower top American Jewish students through a tangible developmental experience. The Cuba Fellowship is a dynamic six-day business fellowship inviting 20 Jewish college seniors from the US to Cuba. It's designed to foster meaningful interactions and connections between US students and the Cuban Jewish community.

The Cuba Fellowship's goal is to create a significant link between the international Jewish community and the Cuban Jewish community. During the fellowship, participants engage in Jewish identity workshops and comprehensive business training, grooming them for future roles as Jewish leaders. Entrepreneurship workshops focusing on business techniques and brand growth are pivotal to this program. By doing so, we aim to establish concrete connections between Cuban entrepreneurs and US college students, nurturing relations and collaborations between the two nations. For the students, the fellowship offers hands-on entrepreneurial experiences, cultivates leadership capabilities, and deepens their Jewish identity.

This program offers participants an immersive Cuban experience, showcasing major sites and exposing them to the Cuban entrepreneurship process. Furthermore, fellows will learn about the Wonder investment method and actively contribute to the Wonder Cuba project. Equipped with valuable tools and a mindset for change, fellows will be poised to become the next class of Jewish change-makers, advancing economic development worldwide. The application deadline is 12/1, and the program is scheduled for March 12th to 17th, 2024, in Havana, Cuba.
